We wanted to let you know what we’ve been up to at Muven and the exciting changes on the horizon.
Over the last 15 months, we have been busy re-writing the software from the ground up.
We are bringing the Muven software into the modern age with a fresh new design and an updated framework, improving performance, top data security and making it easier to add and update features on the system.
Making the transition
Although we are making lots of changes, we understand that no-one wants to have to invest time learning a new system from scratch so we have adopted the motto ‘different but familiar’ when redesigning all aspects of our software. We want to ensure the transition is as smooth and easy a process as possible for all our clients. We will of course provide detailed guides to help you along the way and will be on hand to offer training sessions should you need it.

The Email System
In this newsletter we were keen to show off the improvements being made to the email system, which we feel is one of the biggest overhauls to the software.
Updates
We’ve got a little way to go yet but hopefully this gives you a taste of what’s to come and you’re as excited as we are about the improvements we’re making. We envisage being able to gradually start moving agents over to the new system at the start of next year.
Our aim is to deliver a fresh, modern, user friendly system that meets all your requirements so we will welcome your feedback and thoughts on the new software in due course.
