Development of our Muven 2.0 software is progressing well with all the core features having been completed.
Reports
Custom Reports
This is an update that we are particularly proud of and excited to introduce. We have taken a rather limited feature and completely re-worked how Reports will function, making it one of the most comprehensive and user customisable features within Muven 2.0.
We are introducing a tabular report builder, graphical chart builder and new and improved dashboard reports to allow users to insert any of their table or chart reports onto the page.
Currently, Reports have very limited customisation options for you as users- you have asked for more flexibility and control and we have delivered. Users will be able to select what data they wish to query from the system, which data fields they would like to export, and set up filters to narrow down the results accordingly.
Users can open the report, export it to excel or a PDF, save it to their dashboard reports or save the report for future use. Reports can be saved against a single branch, allowing only users within that branch to run the report, or set up providing access to all branches.
Any reports created can be saved as a template enabling other users to amend the report, generating their own version, customised to their preferences.
Charts

Chart Builder
This is a brand-new feature we have developed, which takes what’s great about the new report builder and allows you to create graphical charts.
The chart builder has another graphical user interface allowing you to select which data points you wish to have on your X and Y axis. You can also apply filters and data grouping, giving the ability to create complex charts.
Just as with with Reports, Charts also can be saved against a single or multiple branches and users will be able to add them to their dashboard reports page.
Thanks for reading…
As always, we want to thank you all for your loyalty and patience while we have been developing our new software. We can’t wait to set a launch date and start introducing you all to the new system, which we hope you will love as much as we do.
