INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We do not collect any data from your Facebook account unless you actively choose to integrate Facebook through the integrations configuration within the Muven platform.

When you complete this integration, we will collect the following information:

• Your Facebook access token.
• Your Facebook page tokens.
• Your Facebook page name(s).

We do not collect your email address, public profile information, or any other personal data from your Facebook account.

USE OF YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information we collect to:

• Connect your Facebook Pages to Muven.
• Enable you to create and publish posts to your Facebook Pages from within Muven.

If you are an existing customer, we may contact you with information about services similar to those which were the subject of a previous sale to you.

We do not collect sensitive personal information, which is information relating to ethnicity, political opinions, religious beliefs, trade union membership, physical or mental health or condition, sexual life or criminal record.

STORING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Your access tokens and page information are securely stored in the EU / UK and used solely for the purposes described above. We do not share this data with third parties.

CUSTOMER DATA

Muven Ltd may access Customer Data only for the purposes of providing the services, preventing or addressing service or technical problems, at a Customer’s request in connection with customer support matters, or as may be required by law.

DATA DELETION

If you wish to delete your data or disconnect your Facebook account from Muven, please do so using the integrations configuration section of the system and click delete, or contact us at support@muven.co.uk, and we will process your request promptly.
